Job Details

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong hands-on experience in testing AI/ML products. The ideal candidate will lead a small QA team while actively participating in daily manual and automated testing. This role requires expertise in test planning, regression testing, documentation, automation tools, and integration testing with LLMs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers

  • Perform manual and automated testing for AI-driven products

  • Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, regression cases, and edge-case tests

  • Maintain accurate test documentation, test results, and defect reports

  • Implement and manage testing repository systems

  • Work with automation teams to design and execute automated test scripts

  • Conduct integration testing with multiple LLMs and external systems

  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure alignment with user experience goals

  • Communicate testing status, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 8 10 years of QA experience with strong hands-on testing background

  • Proven leadership experience leading and mentoring QA teams

  • Strong expertise in QA automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright)

  • Experience with testing frameworks and repository systems

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing best practices

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

  • Familiarity with UX design principles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
