Job Profile Summary

Applications developers oversee the entire life cycle of a software application, creating the design, coding it, and testing the product for functionality and errors, while ensuring that user needs, performance requirements and security standards are met. As an entry-level individual contributor, an Applications Development Analyst is ready to apply the knowledge acquired via an advanced education and to start to develop professional skills with the help of a manager and more experienced team members.

Supports and assists senior developers in developing codes, tests and debugs of software programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.

Works under guidance from senior software developers.

Assists with repairing coding problems.

Provides technical support to internal clients on existing problems, escalates as appropriate.

Monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advises senior team members on performance of existing systems.

5-10 years of experience in the Oracle EPM space. Knowledge of Oracle EPM suite

  • TRCS (all aspects including administration, workflow/task manager, business rules, Data Management, Reporting, Smartview)
  • FCCS (all aspects including administration, workflow/task manager, business rules, Data Management, Reporting, Smartview)
  • EPRCS
  • Essbase technology
  • Ability to Collaboration with the CIS functional team and work with Business Stakeholders from each of the operating companies, controllership, and tax to design and build system and process improvements.
  • Ability to support month/quarter/year end close
  • To work in NYC office
