Description: Our client is currently seeking a Building Field Technician II
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Field Technician II with at least 2 years of experience in low-voltage electrical systems and a strong understanding of building automation and security systems. This role involves on-site service activities including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support of building control systems. The ideal candidate will work independently or collaboratively under the supervision of a Project Manager or Project Engineer, reporting to the Construction or Operations Manager.

- 2+ years of experience in construction or installation of low-voltage electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC or security industry applications.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and mechanical equipment controls.
- Experience with:
- High/Low Pressure Boilers
- Chillers & Cooling Towers
- VRF Systems
- VFDs
- Precision Cooling Systems (CRAC)
- Geothermal Systems
- Commercial Humidification/Dehumidification
- Variable Air Volume Systems
