We are seeking to hire a Metrics, Reporting Compliance Lead to work the Test Management Office team operating within our client s Software Implementation Practice. This role is 100% remote.
Being a US Cit and being clearable for a background check is also required.
This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).
An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.
Title: Metrics, Reporting Compliance Lead in the Test Management Office
Summary
Under the general direction of the Test Center of Excellence leadership team, the Metrics, Reporting Compliance (MRC) Lead will work with the testing professionals and testing vendor to plan, assess and facilitate review of best-in-class metrics. The MRC Lead analyses performance data and trends, leads root causes analysis, and supports the team in the development of corrective action plans, and drives progress towards best-in-class performance.
The MRC Lead will also coordinate and lead testing process audits, again analyzing outcomes, leading root cause analysis, and driving recovery when audit findings identify process deficiencies. The MRC Lead is a key contributor to our client s Testing Transformation initiative and their individual effort through effective performance analysis and corrective action, will help influence the team s success towards program objectives.
Skills
- Conveys an expert-level knowledge of test management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches
- Excellent follow-thorough on tasks assignments
- Demonstrates a level of understanding of test measurement methodologies and processes
- Ability to quickly determine root cause, and help team apply corrective actions
- Strong facilitation skills
- Prior Test Management Office experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Identifies projects in scope of monthly compliance audits in consultation with TMO leaders and release test managers
- Prepares / updates audit checklists and plans for scheduled audit (based on projects to be audited)
- Coordinates audits, by scheduling audit sessions, notifying project team members and collecting audit artifacts
- Reviews the audit reports and findings with the project teams to determine corrective actions
- Tracks progress of the corrective action plans to closure
- Provides updates to TMO Head as necessary
- Supports Construction of Metric Dashboards
- Supports Creation of Analytics
- Tracks and executes tasks assigned to the TMO as needed
