Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Assessment Manager Citrix to evaluate, manage, and optimize Citrix-based software environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Citrix technologies, software asset management, and performance optimization, along with the ability to lead assessments, ensure compliance, and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end assessment of Citrix-based environments, including application performance, licensing, and security compliance.
Conduct software usage analysis to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to recommend upgrades, patches, and architectural improvements.
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.
Prepare and deliver detailed assessment reports with actionable recommendations.
Manage Citrix-related incidents, escalations, and performance tuning.
Support migration projects, version upgrades, and environment consolidation initiatives.
Stay current on Citrix technology trends, licensing models, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 7 years of hands-on experience in Citrix environment administration and software assessment.
Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and Citrix Workspace.
Proficiency in software asset management (SAM) principles and tools.
Experience with performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning in Citrix environments.
Solid understanding of application packaging, delivery, and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V).
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and VMware Horizon.
Experience in managing enterprise software audits.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE 50 TO 54 MAX). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
