Description
We're seeking a Bosch BVMS Programmer to design, configure, and troubleshoot video surveillance and access control systems. This role balances in-office programming with occasional onsite support. You'll collaborate directly with customers and field technicians to ensure systems meet performance and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Program and configure Bosch BVMS video surveillance platforms, including camera setup, motion events, focpoint controls, map tracking, and bookmarking.
Develop and maintain access control solutions, integrating credentials, permissions, and system interlocks.
Support intrusion and fire alarm systems programming as needed.
Activate system licenses, export/import configurations, and enforce video restrictions.
Troubleshoot live and recorded feeds, network issues, and user access problems.
Document all configurations, updates, and service activities in Excel and internal tracking tools.
Conduct one-on-one sessions with customers and guide technicians through installations and modifications.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience programming Bosch BVMS video surveillance systems.
Proficiency in configuring CCTV and access control hardware/software.
Strong problem-solving skills with real-time troubleshooting ability.
Excellent organizational habits and meticulous documentation practices.
Effective communication skills for customer and team interactions.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.
