Position: Salesforce Solution Architect (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)

Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions within the Pharma domain. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with business acumen, driving end-to-end architecture and ensuring solutions align with enterprise strategy and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs.
Architect data models, integration patterns, and automation workflows across Salesforce and external systems.
Define and oversee DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
Provide architectural guidance on data governance, security, and performance optimization.
Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Mentor development teams and enforce Salesforce architecture best practices.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with IT and business strategies.
Evaluate new Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of relevant features.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow automation.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Proven experience in multi-cloud implementations and scalable system design.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD frameworks.
Salesforce certifications preferred: Application Architect, System Architect, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL platforms).
Background in Agile environments and prior consulting or pre-sales roles.
