Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. is searching for a Passenger Information Display System Analyst for a Hybrid, contract opportunity for our client located in Wash. D.C.

Job requirement:

• Candidate must have Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) experience
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering or other related field
• Expert ability to respond to incidents and solve problems
• Ability to interface with vendors and internal personnel to problem solve
• Knowledge of incident reporting applications such as Service Now
• Ability to interface with internal and external resources to solve problems.
• Broad knowledge of multiple computer environments, platforms, and technologies.
• Ability to translate technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems
• Knowledge of Linux, both command line and Gnome interfaces
• Experience with API tools such as Postman
