Title: IT Project Manager with Planview PPM Pro and Sensei IQ experience
Location: 335 Adam Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
Experience: 14+ years
NOTE : NEED ONLY BE LOCAL TO NY, NJ & CT CANDIDATES ONLY Mandatory Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in project management, coordination, and administration of large-scale projects.
5+ years of experience in a PMO function, managing and coordinating efforts across divisions.
Proven experience introducing functional change strategies within organizations.
Strong understanding of PMO practices, project governance, and resource management.
Experience managing system integration vendors and coordinating teams of 15+ personnel.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and communications management.
Excellent interpersonal skills: leadership, negotiation, collaboration, problem resolution, and customer service.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
Familiarity with project management tools (Planview, Sensei IQ).
PMP Certification required.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with Planview PPM Pro and Sensei IQ.
Experience with Pension Administration Systems.
Knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies: Agile, Hybrid, COTS, Iterative, and Waterfall.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and sub-projects.
Serve as the focal point for project status, monitoring, and control, including scope, schedule, costs, quality, communications, risks, procurements, and stakeholder management.
Provide vendor management and coordination across system integration partners.
Apply PMI PMBOK guidelines and project management lifecycle best practices.
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities through standardization, automation, and business process reengineering (BPR).
Develop clear, concise, and actionable reports for senior management detailing progress, challenges, and next steps.
Promote collaboration and guide project teams independently while fostering a positive team environment.
