Job Title: IT Program Manager
Location: Hybrid (must be available onsite as directed)
Interview: WebCam/ In-person
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate all tasks associated with projects of moderate to high complexity and risk.
- Oversee and/or provide project management consultation across all SDLC phases.
- Collaborate closely with OIT teams, DAS business leads, vendors, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
- Manage projects per Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor contracts, and steering committee directives.
- Assist clients during project initiation in identifying effective strategies to meet objectives.
- Develop and maintain project management tools and plans for scope, risk, communication, change control, and performance tracking.
- Monitor project performance and report regularly on status, milestones, and risks.
- Lead meetings, evaluate scope changes, and advise project sponsors on actions.
- Conduct product verification at project close and facilitate lessons learned reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or specialized training and three years of IT project management experience.
- PMP certification from PMI or equivalent certification.
- Hands-on experience with MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint 2013, and MS O365.
