Job Description

Oracle is committed to achieving our sustainability targets and meeting sustainability reporting requirements. Oracle's Global Sustainability Office is looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to lead the development roadmap for internal tools that manage sustainability data and reporting. This role will be pivotal in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring accurate and comprehensive environmental reporting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to set holistic strategy for sustainability data while also driving tactical execution and surfacing data to insights that inform Oracle decision-making.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance product delivery of internal tools for sustainability data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle and technical development teams to execute a technical roadmap and continuously improve data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Work with data owners to establish data contracts and service level agreements for Oracle data used in environmental reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise data lakes, APIs, and other data sources.
  • Support the global controllers' office to ensure compliant data governance, substantiate external disclosures, and facilitate third-party audits.
  • Define a robust approach to data governance, including user permissions, version control, traceability, and substantiation.
  • Review data for process and quality issues, and surface business insights that accelerate sustainability goals.

Basic Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on sustainability data and reporting.
  • Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting, or similar compliance and/or financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management within matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data quality, solution architecture, and data analytics in cloud computing environments.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Proven experience in defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to surface business insights and continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making and prioritization.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of corporate voluntary and regulatory ESG reporting frameworks (GHGP, GRI, TCFD, CSRD, CDP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Oracle cloud applications, specifically Enterprise Performance Manager (EPM) and Fusion Cloud for Sustainability.
  • Familiarity with other ESG reporting software (e.g. Persephone, Workiva).
  • Applied understanding of software development, machine learning, and data science.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
