Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst – GovCloud (Public Trust)

Location: 100% Remote
Clearance: be eligible for Public Trust

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong Core Salesforce + GovCloud expertise to support a large, complex federal program. This role is highly client-facing and requires excellent communication skills and hands-on configuration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure Salesforce solutions including Flows, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Security Controls, Workflows

  • Work closely with clients and end users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirements

  • Support system demos, UAT, requirement sessions, and end-user training

Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Force.com

  • Strong experience in Salesforce GovCloud

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter, able to work independently in large programs
