This role involves designing and building Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for large organizations.
Job Description -
- Design and build Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions at an enterprise level.
- Define system architecture, integration approaches, and security standards.
- Lead technical design discussions and support development teams.
- Ensure the CRM system is scalable, high-performing, and follows best practices.
- Work closely with business teams to align CRM solutions with company goals.
- At least 8 years of experience working with CRM solutions and Dynamics 365 CRM architecture.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert is preferred.
