Job Details

The Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to drive successful implementations, integrations, and enhancements across Salesforce platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 12+ years in IT with at least 8 years in Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects in enterprise environments.
    • Should have at a minimum three large scale Salesforce implementation experience. (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ )
  • Certifications:
    • Minimum 5 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect).
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
    • Experience with data migration, integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica), and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience with Copado, Data Loader & DocuSign.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
