Job Details

Looking for an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation Consultant for a Long-term, Hybrid role in Boston, MA.( Onsite 3 days/Week).

Must be local or near Boston, MA. On-site interview required.

 

Required Skills

A. Oracle Fusion Implementation Experience (Finance/EPM Focus):

  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, ideally full lifecycle.
  • Priority focus is on Finance /EPM modules (HCM experience is helpful but secondary).
  • Ability to guide configuration, integrations, and best practices in a post-PeopleSoft environment.

B. Functional-Technical Hybrid Skillset:

  • Primarily a functional role, but requires technical understanding to support integrations and design decisions.
  • Must act as a bridge between the SI partner (RSM) and internal teams able to contribute both strategically and tactically.

C. Team Guidance & Knowledge Transfer:

  • Internal team lacks Oracle Fusion experience and is transitioning from PeopleSoft.
  • Looking for someone who can coach, mentor, and upskill team members throughout the implementation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion implementations (or equivalent ERP transformation experience).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.).
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in applicable modules are a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated or government environment is a plus.
