Job Title: Senior Project Manager Salesforce / IT Programs

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in leading IT-focused, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional IT programs, coordinating stakeholders across global teams.
  • Apply a strong understanding of SDLC to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Analyze and optimize sales, service, and supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and KPIs/SLAs to measure performance and outcomes.
  • Identify risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful resolution of escalations.
  • Champion process improvements by identifying gaps, implementing best practices, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder and customer expectations with clear, proactive communication.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite to drive collaboration and track progress.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, leading IT-driven programs.
  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce platforms (CRM, customization, and integration best practices).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale Salesforce projects.
  • Solid knowledge of sales, service, and supply chain business processes.
  • Automotive industry experience (preferred, not required).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience ensuring high-quality deliverables, process optimization, and performance tracking.
