Job Details
Job Summary (List Format):
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, high-performance APIs using Azure services.
- Implement API security measures, including authentication, authorization, and throttling (e.g., OAuth2, Azure AD).
- Utilize Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, and Logic Apps for solution development and integration.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless API integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues; conduct code reviews for quality assurance.
- Optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for API deployment using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Monitor API performance using Azure tools such as Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
- Document APIs following standards such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Apply API design principles and architecture styles (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Develop using programming languages like C#, Python, or Java within the Azure ecosystem.
- Ensure adherence to cloud-based development practices and Azure infrastructure standards.
- Apply Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Work with databases and storage solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB).
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
