Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects effectively and efficiently. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.

Support Agile teams in identifying and removing obstacles that hinder productivity.

Monitor and track team performance using metrics such as burndown charts and other key performance indicators.

Foster an environment of collaboration and transparency to encourage open communication within the team.

Guide teams in adhering to Scrum principles and practices, ensuring successful project delivery.

Partner with stakeholders to manage product backlogs and set priorities effectively.

Advocate for continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress to stakeholders.

Promote a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.

Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance on Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
Proficient in using Agile tools and techniques, including burndown charts and backlog management.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead productive meetings and discussions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve team impediments effectively.
Familiarity with coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their full potential.
A commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
