Description
We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support one day per week, preferably Mondays during first shift. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and delivering hands-on technical assistance in a professional environment.

We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support one day per week, preferably Mondays during first shift. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and delivering hands-on technical assistance in a professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist users with desktop systems, mobile devices, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or escalate them to the appropriate IT personnel
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements with minimal downtime
- Install and configure IT equipment at user locations
- Support business-critical applications and ensure timely resolution of service tickets
- Maintain awareness of IT projects and align support efforts accordingly
- Troubleshoot network-related issues (e.g., computer and printer connectivity) and escalate when necessary
- Act as a technical resource and IT business partner to internal users
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of IT support experience in a business environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10, hardware, and network connectivity
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and help desk ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends if needed
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting both standard and non-standard business applications
- Knowledge of printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and professionally
