  • Client is looking for a Product Designer to join Client's Buyer Payments design team to help craft the future of this critical eCommerce experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Understand business goals, challenges, root causes of customer problems and metrics of success for each project - helping teams stay aligned and/or adjusting as necessary.
  • Deliver designs from problem definition to final execution across the complete E2E customer journey using user-centered thinking.
  • Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.
  • Use data to present clear and compelling narratives that illuminate customer problems, business opportunities and design strategies. Solve immediate customer needs while balancing long-term strategies.
  • Work collaboratively within Design as well as with Product, Engineering and Business Units to rapidly produce thoughtful and intuitive experiences.

  • Excellent storyteller and communicator, great presentation skills.
  • You have and can present a strong, but respectful POV on your designs, experiences and strategies.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of hands-on UI/UX/Product/Visual design experience in web and native apps.
  • Degree in interaction design, HCI, industrial design, graphic design, visual communication or equivalent.
  • Highly proficient in design and wireframing software such as Figma.
  • Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating your design talent, thinking and roles played in the projects that span multiple platforms.
  • Professional work experience driving design and user-experience for end-to-end projects including concepting and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, task flows, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity and presenting those thoughts to partners.
  • Strong understanding of the user-centered design process. Experience working in an agile based environment is a plus.


Pay Range: $51.56 - $59.24

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
