Job Description
Development
Design, develop, and implement BizTalk solutions (schemas, orchestrations, pipelines, maps, adapters).
Translate business requirements into integration workflows and technical specifications.
Build and maintain interfaces between disparate systems (ERP, CRM, databases, web services, etc.).
Ensure solutions follow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BizTalk applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver endtoend integration solutions.
Administration
Manage and monitor the BizTalk Server environment for uptime, performance, and scalability.
Configure and maintain BizTalk hosts, adapters, and MessageBox databases.
Deploy BizTalk applications using the Administration Console and scripting tools (WMI, PowerShell).
Troubleshoot and resolve BizTalk exceptions, suspended messages, and system errors.
Implement disaster recovery, backup, and failover strategies.
Monitor and report on Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and Health & Activity Tracking (HAT).
Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates to maintain a stable environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of BizTalk artifacts (schemas, orchestrations, pipelines, maps).
Proficiency in .NET (C#), XML, XSLT, WCF, REST/SOAP web services.
Experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Familiarity with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) is a plus.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Integration Services.
BizTalk Serverrelated certifications (if available)
