Project Manager (Security)

We are Hiring!!

CIAM Project Manager - 100% Remote

Pay Range : $65-70/hr

Day-to-Day:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.


• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high quality outcomes


• act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.


• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholder


• Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting


• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success.


• Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed.


• Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

  Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards.
  
  

Must Haves:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).


• 7+ years of experience in project management with at least 4 years managing technical cybersecurity or IT-related projects.


• Background in IAM/CIAM/ Application Deployment


• Experience and comfortable acting as scrum master


• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies


• High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)

Plusses

• Familiar with AI principles and AI Enterprise tools


• PMP Certified
