Job Title: AI/Agentic Architect

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote) Candidate should work in CST shift

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced AI Workflow Architect & Decision Framework Consultant to lead the design and implementation of intelligent workflows at scale for one of our clients. You will work closely with client to define automation strategies, evaluate tools, and develop decision-making frameworks that ensure technical and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect intelligent automation workflows using AI agents.
  • Define decision-making frameworks to evaluate and choose suitable technologies.
  • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to shape multiple use cases using a workflow engine.
  • Guide tool selection by balancing time-to-value, complexity, and scalability.
  • Provide recommendations with clear architectural rationale and supporting documentation.
  • Act as a technical advisor to help onboard new initiatives quickly and effectively.
  • Create reference materials that connect use cases to past decisions and discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in solution architecture, automation, or intelligent systems.
  • Proven expertise in designing agent-based systems and automation workflows.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI orchestration tools and frameworks.
  • Strong consulting, documentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Previous exposure to cross-functional, enterprise-level engagements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
  • Experience with UiPath and UiPath Agentic framework.
  • Familiarity with RPA, BPM, or workflow automation tools.
  • Background in enterprise integrations and cloud-native architecture.
