Job Description:

POSITION: Lead Application Product Support

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

DUTIES: Provide application monitoring, application problem management resolution, and service assurance management including status and metrics. Tune and configure applications and infrastructure components. Complete work associated with the implementation of new applications and changes to existing applications, scheduling, and application change management and implementation. Work with application availability, MTTR, MTBF, upgrades in production, and ICMS SOX controls. Utilize CDO data warehouse application architecture to analyze (E2E) business transaction flows across application eco-systems with business partners. Operate with batch jobs and schedules that transverse On Prem to the cloud. Work with Enterprise Data Technology (EDT), data warehouses, and datalake applications. Utilize sales operations performance data marts including Sunrise. Develop applications using UNIX, Linux, Shell, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Perform continuous integration, configuration management, business requirement assessments, release management, and change management. Drive outages from Infra, databases, Tier1 and Tier2 support perspectives. Provide trouble ticket management, root cause analysis, and action item assignment. Lead large production operation support teams and work with external vendors for various cloud technologies. Manage fixed bid contracts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or Computer Engineering and five (5) year of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation working with application availability, MTTR, MTBF, upgrades in production, and ICMS SOX controls; utilizing CDO data warehouse application architecture to analyze (E2E) business transaction flows across application eco-systems with business partners; working with Enterprise Data Technology (EDT), data warehouses, and datalake applications; utilizing sales operations performance data marts including Sunrise; developing applications using UNIX, Linux, Shell, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks; driving outages from Infra, databases, Tier1 and Tier2 support perspectives; providing trouble ticket management, root cause analysis, and action item assignment; and managing fixed bid contracts.
