Position Summary
The Digital and IT Team lead is responsible for leading and executing IT Infrastructure supporting our Mid Range Infrastructure & Cleveland Datacenters. This role will part of Parker's Enterprise Data Center Operations team, providing support to Corporate IT and focus on the continuous improvement of the IT strategic vision and roadmap.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction
- This position Does Have Direct Reports
- Works with Group and Division staff. Supervises technical resource managers, project leaders, and technical analysts. Supports working relationships with vendors and Parker locations.
- Directs the implementation and maintenance of systems and services providing essential enterprise business function, ex. major manufacturing functions, engineering services or office capabilities.
- Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems or services against the guidelines required to meet user requirements.
- Reviews and maintains the compliance of systems to standards to assure future flexibility and maintainability.
- Develops training methods and materials to educate users of enterprise systems.
- Advertises and promotes the availability and benefit of enterprise systems and encourages their adoption.
- Plans and schedules adoption of these enterprise capabilities at divisions.
- Provides consultation to locations in the understanding and evaluation of technology and its application to the business unit's needs.
- Identifies and recommends to senior management improvements that can be made to enterprise systems and services.
- Identify the need for and initiate recommendations for new or improved systems or services within the
- Enterprise framework to support division management.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deploy these services as required by the divisions.
- Assist with the development of yearly budgets to support the workload requested by the divisions.
This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services: - Data Center management
- Data center hardware
- AIX, Linux, Unix Operating systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Professionalism: Excellence, timeliness, and completeness of work, responsibility; team attitude, quality of presentation.
- Managerial skills: Supervision and coaching, customer service, planning, organization, oral /written communication
