Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The role requires expertise in the logistics domain, with a focus on customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics solutions to existing customers.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align services with customer expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions to challenges.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor customer account performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, (Logistics & Supply Chain Management is a plus) .
- Experience: Proven experience in account management within the logistics industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and CRM tools.
- AI experience would be a Plus
