iO Associates is partnered with a leader in the consumer packaged goods industry, to find an experienced Security Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing security team and play a key role in safeguarding global operations across identity, network, and infrastructure.


As a Security Analyst, you'll lead critical security initiatives, from incident response and vulnerability assessments to implementing security frameworks and hardening global systems. You'll collaborate closely with IT stakeholders worldwide to ensure a strong security posture and protect the business against emerging threats.


In this Role You Will:



  • Lead alert triaging and incident response across global IT environments (cloud + on-premise).

  • Manage identity and access controls, user provisioning, and secure system access.

  • Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with MDR and SIEM partners to investigate and resolve incidents.

  • Harden systems through endpoint security, EDR management, and device policy enforcement.

  • Support security architecture, documentation, and regulatory alignment (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR).

  • Stay current with emerging security trends and tools to drive continuous improvement.


Essential Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience in infrastructure, application, IAM, and security operations.

  • Strong foundation in cybersecurity, data protection, and incident response.

  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft security tools.

  • Hands-on with Microsoft Defender, Intune MDM, Sentinel, and SIEM platforms.


Nice to Haves:



  • Certifications (Security+, CEH, GIAC, Microsoft Security, etc.).

  • Experience with tools such as Tenable Nessus, BeyondTrust, Mimecast, Palo Alto Networks, and Kali Linux.

  • Exposure to securing OT networks in manufacturing or CPG environments.

  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools.


Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN, with flexibility.
