Job Details
A company in the government contracting space is currently looking for a Chief Cloud Architect to add to their team in Tampa, Florida. This architect will work not only the strategy and architecture side, but will also be heavily involved in the actual implementation. They are looking for someone ideally with experience in multiple public cloud providers, as well as expertise in infrastructure-as-code and Kubernetes.
This role will require someone to work out of a location in South Tampa in a hybrid capacity, based heavily on client needs and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of infrastructure experience
- Expertise in multiple public cloud providers (AWS, Azure OR Google Cloud Platform)
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Kubernetes, preferably in DOD environments
- Prior experience in consulting or being client facing
- 5+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of common scripting languages like Bash, Python and Powershell
- Prior experience in government or defense consulting
- Ability to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Relevant certifications in Kubernetes or Cloud a big plus
