About the Role
We are looking for an experienced .NET Architect to join our technology team. This role is critical to designing and delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise applications that support core operations in the hospitality and casino gaming industry. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technical architecture with guest experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft technology stack (.NET 6/7, ASP.NET Core, C#).
- Design scalable microservices and APIs to integrate with systems such as loyalty platforms, PMS, POS, kiosks, and gaming applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and hands-on development when needed.
- Ensure compliance with gaming and hospitality standards, including data privacy and system integrity requirements.
- Optimize system performance, uptime, and responsiveness in high-traffic, guest-facing environments.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in .NET-based software development and architecture.
- Proven experience building enterprise applications within hospitality, gaming, or similarly regulated domains.
- Deep knowledge of architectural patterns, cloud-native development (Azure), and system integrations (MuleSoft, Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
- Strong database skills (SQL Server, Azure SQL, NoSQL) and familiarity with caching, logging, and monitoring tools (App Insights, New Relic).
- Solid understanding of performance tuning, high availability, and secure development practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Las Vegas and collaborate with both local and remote teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience integrating with casino management systems (IGT, Bally, Agilysys, Oracle Hospitality, etc.).
- Familiarity with loyalty and rewards platforms, guest mobile apps, or digital signage systems.
- Agile development environment experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Prior involvement in regulatory audits, PCI compliance, or gaming jurisdiction processes.
- Working from Onsite - Las Vegas is mandatory

- Identify key stakeholders and their interests to develop effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
- Set clear expectations and manage stakeholder expectations. Resolve conflicts and disagreements among stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork among cross-functional teams. Influence stakeholders to support project goals.
- Manage change effectively and minimize resistance.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Work collaboratively with teams from different functions (e.g., development, design, marketing).
- Identify and manage dependencies between teams and resolve conflicts and disagreements
- Align teams towards common goals and objectives through regular communication
- Ensure shared understanding of project requirements and goals.
