Job Title: Scrum Master 
Location: Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX
Job Type: Hybrid, W2

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to serve in a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master. This position plays a critical role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-team collaboration, and managing release planning and deployments across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Support and lead release planning activities across multiple teams
  • Act as the Release Manager, coordinating and scheduling releases across QA and Production environments
  • Foster collaboration between development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery cycles
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies across teams
  • Coordinate deployments and ensure alignment with release timelines

Required Technical Skills (4–6 years):

  • Scrum

Education & Certifications:

  • Agile Scrum Master Certification
