Position Overview: Executive Advisor - Blockchain Strategy
Location: Remote
Duration: Interim Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Executive Advisor to guide the development and execution of a blockchain-based asset tokenization strategy. This role will focus on shaping the business model, technology roadmap, and go-to-market approach for tokenizing real-world assets across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
The advisor will collaborate with senior leadership to refine proof-of-concept initiatives and prototype solutions across diverse blockchain platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and technical expertise to ensure scalability, compliance, and competitive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Model Development:

• Define and refine business models to support growth and enterprise value.


• Leverage market insights and best practices from leading industry players.

Technology & Architecture:

• Establish core technical requirements, including transaction frameworks and middleware capabilities.


• Recommend blockchain platforms based on performance, privacy, and regulatory considerations.

Market & Adoption Strategy:

• Develop a global go-to-market plan to drive adoption of tokenized assets.


• Design strategies to scale transactions and attract institutional participation.

Competitive & Risk Analysis:

• Assess market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in asset tokenization.


• Identify potential constraints such as transaction volume, tokenomics, and adoption challenges.

Financial Modeling & Forecasting:

• Project adoption rates, revenue potential, and cost structures for initial and scaled solutions.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

• Evaluate securitization strategies for real-world assets.


• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Blockchain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in asset tokenization and blockchain strategy.


• Financial Services Knowledge: Strong understanding of lending, finance, and securitization processes.


• Strategic Leadership: Ability to define roadmaps, business use cases, and impact assessments.


• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with multiple blockchain ecosystems and integration frameworks.
