Oracle SCM - Planning Cloud Functional Consultant

Highly skilled and experienced Oracle SCM - Planning Cloud Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in Oracle Planning cloud including Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, SNOP, Replenishment & Demand Management functionalities.

As an Oracle Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional support, implementing functionalities, and optimizing Oracle applications to meet the business requirements of our clients. Configure and customize Oracle applications to align with business needs.

Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle Supply Planning modules. Conduct CRP and demos, perform fit-gap analysis, build solution design, participate in data conversion, conduct functional testing, conduct integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to ensure smooth go-live.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Stay updated with the latest Oracle releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality and performance.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables.

Required Skills

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 12+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite & Oracle Fusion, specifically in Oracle Planning modules including Replenishment Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning & Supply Chain Operations Planning

Excellent knowledge in Production Scheduling - Real-Time, Finite Scheduling and Dynamic Rescheduling

Excellent knowledge in Supply Planning -- Constraint and Unconstraint Supply plan, Supply chain collaboration, Forecast explosion for Model and consumption

Demand Management - Integration with Supply planning, Forecasting for CTO Items

Extensive knowledge in Cross Track functionalities involving Manufacturing, Inventory & PDH modules

Proficiency in Oracle application configuration, customization, and implementation

Strong understanding of business processes related to Plan to Produce functions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in Oracle Cloud Applications (Planning & Inventory) preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 12+ years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Good to have knowledge on Oracle Production Scheduling module

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and Analytical skills

Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Willing to travel for major milestones
