Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Programs Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and activating event partnerships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of program plans for select event partnerships.
  • Design and implement operational systems to enhance partnership effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create playbooks and guidelines for scalable assets.
  • Maintain timelines and deliverables, ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting and communicate key metrics to leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance event partnerships and drive business results.

Skills

  • At least 8 years of experience in managing projects or programs within complex environments.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in program and project management tools such as Atlassian Suite or Asana.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive growth initiatives effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in event management or partnerships.
  • Strong critical thinking and situational awareness skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
