ServiceNow Solutions Architect Employee Experience Portal

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3+ days onsite, typically Tuesday through Thursday)
Duration: Multi-phase project through 2026

Role Overview:

United Airlines is launching a new Employee Experience Portal to centralize and simplify employee access to HR services and knowledge. This Senior Product Manager will play a key role in driving the rollout, with a focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, Workday integrations, and stakeholder engagement.

Top 3 Required Skills:

  1. ServiceNow HRSD Strong technical and functional expertise in the HR vertical
  2. Workday Integrations Experience integrating Workday and third-party systems with ServiceNow
  3. Stakeholder Management Excellent communication skills to engage HR, IT, and business partners
