About this Position:

Job Title: SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, debug, review, and unit test HEI interface processing.

  • Code, test, and implement ABAP programs and enhancements in HCM modules.

  • Configure enterprise and personnel structures, including organizational plans.

  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to design and support efficient solutions.

  • Perform data retrievals using SAP tools like Ad Hoc Query, Report Painter, and SAP tables.

  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure timely project milestones.

  • Manage WRICEF elements for SAP ERP HCM and perform LSMW/BDC programming.

  • Apply software updates, implement OSS notes, and conduct unit testing.

  • Provide after-hours SAP system support when required.

  • Work independently or within a team under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information management or a related technical field and two years of experience in computer system development, maintenance and modification or 10 years' experience in computer application system development and modification or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • 4 plus years' HCM functional experience using SAP in a professional environment.

  • Understanding of SAP portal technology.

  • Functional knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors.

  • Mail services in SAP through standard API.

  • General understanding of the accounting process.

  • Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP.

  • 1+ year of SAP workflow experience.

  • BACHELORS OR EQUIVALENT DEGREE AND EXPERIENCE
