RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business System Analyst. Candidates in Birmingham are preferred, but they are open to Charlotte, Nashville, or Atlanta.
Summary:
Our client's Digital Banking team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to join the Production Support Team supporting key Consumer Online Platforms including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and others. This role involves working directly with vendors and internal teams to resolve user-impacting issues, especially those reported by customer service, fraud, and payment operations groups.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as Tier 2/3 production support for digital consumer applications
* Respond to and resolve Quest Tickets raised by internal support groups and external vendors
* Participate in an on-call rotation (every 7 weeks for 1 week) for after-hours incident response and validation
* Support platforms such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Regions.com, Enterprise Delivery Notification
* Analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues including APIs, servers, and databases
* Document findings and work collaboratively with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders
* Escalate critical issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and minimal customer impact
* Operate within standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Central Time, with on-call duties after-hours as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or technical support
* Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure (servers, databases, APIs)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-impact-driven production support environment
* Ability to work onsite in one of the preferred cities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SailPoint and ServiceNow
* Exposure to or experience with SAFe Agile frameworks
* Prior experience in digital banking or customer-facing support systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
