Job Title: Workday HR Payroll Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HR Payroll Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of payroll solutions within Workday HCM. The consultant will collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and related HCM modules.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements and design payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
Support payroll testing, validation, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for payroll integrations.
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 8+ years of HR/Payroll experience with 3 5+ years in Workday Payroll.
Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and payroll operations.
Understanding of payroll compliance and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Workday Payroll Certification Mandatory.
