RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA that is seeking a versatile and analytical Business/Data Analyst to support a credit card originations system replacement initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business understanding and technical acumen, with the ability to analyze data for logic and consistency. * Design and oversee data interfaces for business users, especially within credit operations
* Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across business and technical teams
* Collaborate with technology teams to understand implementation details and ensure alignment with business needs
* Analyze data outputs to validate logic, identify inconsistencies, and ensure usability
* Provide recommendations on data structure improvements (e.g., column uniqueness, table organization)
* Support the transition of data ownership back into the organization for internal use
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in data analysis with proficiency in Python or SQL (Python preferred)
* Experience working with both business and technical teams to bridge communication and execution
* Industry experience in credit card or loan operations is required
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Ability to assess data quality and challenge assumptions based on analytical findings
