Job Details

We re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team in Miami. In this role, you ll be the guardian of product quality monitoring errors, logs, and real-world usage to identify issues before they affect our employees or customers. You ll work closely with engineers to surface actionable bug reports and help ensure a smooth, reliable experience across all platforms.

Requirements


Responsibilities

  • Monitor Sentry errors, logs, and system alerts to proactively identify issues.
  • Reproduce, document, and prioritize bugs with clear and actionable reports for the engineering team.
  • Perform manual testing across multiple platforms, devices, and browsers, ensuring consistent performance and user experience.
  • Identify friction points in employee and customer workflows and raise them for review.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to drive fast resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and testing coverage.

Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with error monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, Rollbar) and log analysis.
  • Experience testing across web browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices.
  • Clear and concise communication skills especially in writing bug reports.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
  • Basic familiarity with APIs, SQL, or developer tools for debugging.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or customer-facing product environment.
