A Gen AI + Teamcenter Solution Architect role combines expertise in generative AI technologies with the knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. This role focuses on leveraging AI to enhance product lifecycle management processes within an organization using Teamcenter.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain Teamcenter solutions that integrate with generative AI technologies, such as AI-powered design, simulation, or manufacturing process optimization.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for Teamcenter and AI integrations.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support for Teamcenter deployments and AI integrations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
AI Integration: Integrate generative AI capabilities into Teamcenter workflows, such as automating tasks, generating data insights, or improving decision-making.
Data Management and Analytics: Manage data flow between Teamcenter and AI platforms, ensuring data quality and integrity, and leveraging data analytics to improve decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements leveraging Teamcenter and AI to enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
Training and Support: Provide training and support for end-users on Teamcenter and AI features and functionalities.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of Teamcenter and AI solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
Teamcenter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM system, including modules like BMIDE, workflow development, and change management.
Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), data science, and machine learning.
Technical Skills: Programming experience (ITK, C, C++, Java, scripting languages), database knowledge, and server setup/performance tuning.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions.
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Project Management: Experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
