Title of the role: SAP FICO Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 8 months
Hybrid Onsite, 3 days in Sunnyvale, CA office

Top Skills:
5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Business Analyst or Consultant
Strong knowledge of SAP inventory accounting, material valuation, and costing
Hands-on experience with SAP MM, FI, and CO modules
Proven experience reconciling inventory quantity and cost between SAP and EDW or other systems
Familiarity with O9 Solutions or other demand planning systems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Join as a key SAP project implementation team
Analyze and extract inventory quantity and cost data from SAP (MM/FICO modules)
Reconcile inventory data between SAP and EDW to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to validate E&O logic and reporting
Assist in building unit, integration and user acceptance test cases and functional specifications
Participate in workshops, testing, and validation of E&O reporting and dashboards
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Business Analyst or Consultant
Strong knowledge of SAP inventory accounting, material valuation, and costing
Hands-on experience with SAP MM, FI, and CO modules
Proven experience reconciling inventory quantity and cost between SAP and EDW or other systems

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with E&O inventory analysis or supply chain finance
Notes:
Location: SAP FICO Business Systems Analyst
- Will support a high-impact Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Inventory project.
- This initiative involves reconciling SAP inventory data
- Reconcile inventory data between SAP and EDW to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Strong data analytics skills required
- Understanding on how costing of inventory works, material costs work
- Very good data analytics skills to analyze the large set of data
- Will deal with large amount of data to find anomalies and work with EDW team for analysis reconciliation
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO
- Strong knowledge of SAP inventory accounting, material valuation, and costing
- Strong experience particularly in inventory valuation, costing, and reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, FI, and CO modules
- Proven experience reconciling inventory quantity and cost between SAP and EDW or other systems
- Some SQL knowledge is preferred
- They will be working on new project to build a new solution in EDW
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, soft skills how to handle customers, very good communication skills
- 3 days in a week on-site at Sunnyvale CA
- Interview process- in-person 3 interviews for 30 minutes each for approximately two hours in one day
