Job Description:
This position involves leading the implementation and management of business systems within a construction management environment.
The role is hybrid, based in New York, NY or Easton, MD, and is a contract position.
Responsibilities include ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business goals and leveraging generic technologies for system optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of a management system, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure system capabilities align with business goals.
Design and validate financial workflows using strong project accounting knowledge.
Guide structure, data governance, process design, and system best practices.
Drive effective change management, including user readiness assessments, training, and post-launch support.

Qualifications
Proven experience in leading complex system implementations.
Strong project accounting knowledge with experience in financial workflows.
Expertise in ERP and business systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify risks and implement resolutions for system optimization.
