Overview
We are seeking a senior-level IT Project Manager to lead business-critical software and ERP-related initiatives for a large, multi-entity organization operating across the western United States. This role will drive complex, high-impact projects that shape how multiple business units operate within shared enterprise systems.

What You ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end software and ERP initiatives from discovery through go-live

  • Partner with business leaders, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors

  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

  • Facilitate solution design and decision-making across diverse business units

  • Oversee data migrations, integrations, and system impacts

  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of enterprise solutions

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong ERP implementation or migration experience

  • Proven success managing complex, enterprise-scale projects

  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle

  • Experience working with finance, sales, and operational systems

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
