Job Title: Journey level Project Management

Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- The Information Technology Journey level Project Management Consultant must have a current, valid, Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional(PMP) certificate issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Journey level of experience, (minimum of five years), as a Lead Project Manager in enterprise, large-scale, software application, implementation, and integration projects.
- Journey level, (minimum of five years), of direct, personal, experience in the creation and maintenance of IT project PMBOK documentation deliverables.
- Journey level of experience, (minimum of five years), in estimating IT project task durations, costs and levels of effort.
- Journey level of knowledge of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Journey PM level of experience in Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, including Visio.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Prior IT Project Management experience under oversight of WA State Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) IT standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Prior experience in the creation of State of Washington Request For Information (RFI), Request For Proposal (RFP), and Request For Quotation (RFQ) solicitations.
- Experience in implementing Cloud-hosted business process migration in Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations utilizing in Google, Amazon or Microsoft cloud hosting technologies.
