About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead IT strategy and operations, drive cloud and data initiatives, and support enterprise content management. This role requires a strong balance of technology leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, data management, and compliance. The Director will also play a key role in supporting pre-sales activities, implementation projects, and vendor/partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead IT initiatives in data management, cloud computing, and enterprise content management.

  • Provide technical pre-sales support and solution implementation guidance across industries.

  • Collaborate with OEM partners to maintain certifications, manage contracts, and align technology roadmaps with business growth.

Operational IT & Compliance Oversight

  • Manage internal document repositories and ensure secure, seamless access.

  • Oversee SOC2 Type 2 certification processes, renewals, and compliance activities.

  • Administer and maintain access to multiple partner and vendor portals.

  • Ensure compliance with government and corporate vendor requirements.

Enterprise Systems & Asset Management

  • Oversee enterprise IT assets, including laptops, key card access, and system lifecycle management.

  • Manage access to enterprise platforms such as GoDaddy, Microsoft, and SAP.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for portal administration, certifications, and contract renewals.

Project & Contract Support

  • Provide IT support for ongoing contracts, certification renewals, and compliance deliverables.

  • Lead IT-related change management and ensure smooth support transitions.

  • Oversee certification agreements and maintain strong vendor relationships.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master s preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally in consulting or system integration.

  • Hands-on expertise in:

    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud)

    • Data management (SAS, Oracle, SQL)

    • Enterprise content management (OnBase/Hyland)

  • Strong knowledge of IT compliance standards (SOC2 Type 2, security audits).

  • Experience with enterprise portals, IT asset management, and contract/vendor oversight.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and vendor relationship skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse industries, including energy, healthcare, and public sector.
