Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Functional HCM Consultant (Core HR Lead) to support a strategic transformation initiative. The consultant will lead the configuration and implementation efforts for creating new Legal Entities within Oracle Cloud HCM, including the transfer of employees across divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Core HR Functional Lead on the Oracle Cloud HCM team.
- Design, configure, and deploy up to two new Legal Entities to align with organizational restructuring.
- Lead the employee transition process from an existing division to the new Legal Entities within Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide functional expertise and best practices in Oracle Cloud Core HR.
- Ensure all configurations comply with commercial and/or healthcare industry standards.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials as required.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Core HR.
- Proven track record of leading Legal Entity creation and employee transfer processes within Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with Healthcare sector projects is highly required.
- Ability to manage client interactions, lead requirements sessions, and deliver high-quality configurations.
