Job Details
Job Title: IT/OT Security Lead
Location: NJ (07643) Onsite
Duration: 12 months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary onsite contact for all IT/OT security-related activities and delivery.
- Manage and engage with stakeholders independently to gather requirements and align expectations.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to drive execution and resolve blockers.
- Oversee OT security controls, vulnerability management, and firewall configurations.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with security best practices.
- Understand and contribute to network segmentation and ICS/SCADA protection strategies.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT security, industrial control systems, and network firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and remediation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage delivery independently and coordinate across global teams.
- Familiarity with standards like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, or similar is a plus.
