Description
As a Product Program Manager Analytics & UX, you will work across several key business focus areas including Sales, Messaging, and other areas to drive operational excellence, coordinate analytics initiatives, and elevate user experience across our internal tools and dashboards.
This hybrid role blends program management, stakeholder engagement, and user-centered product design, ensuring analytics products are not only delivered efficiently but also intuitive, impactful, and aligned to the needs of our users.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years in program management, product operations, or analytics product delivery roles.
2+ years of hands-on experience with UX design or guiding UX strategy for internal tools, dashboards, or data products.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into usable and intuitive analytics experiences.
Strong working knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, and data storytelling.
Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, and SDLC/PDLC frameworks.
Demonstrated experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Power BI.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in product/project management with a focus on enterprise or internal-facing tools.
Hospitality or B2B enterprise experience a plus.
UX/UI certification or coursework in design thinking or human-centered design is a strong bonus.
Scrum/Agile/PMI certification is a strong bonus.
