Description: Job Title: Organizational Change Management Analyst

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 4 days/month onsite)
Duration: 24+ months (with potential for extension)
Hours: 37.5 per week
About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative involving the implementation of a new enterprise financial solution. This role is critical in driving user readiness, adoption, and successful transition to new business processes across multiple agencies.

You'll work as part of the OCM workstream, reporting to the Readiness Team Lead, and collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to ensure agencies are prepared for go-live and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change readiness efforts across agencies, including communication, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote adoption of new enterprise functionality and guide agencies through policy and process changes.
  • Assess agency readiness using structured tools and checklists (e.g., training completion, system access, technical setup).
  • Maintain and track technical readiness tasks such as system interfaces, reporting needs, and data extracts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement user security provisioning processes.
  • Facilitate change network meetings and educational sessions for agency stakeholders and end-users.
  • Conduct change readiness interviews and develop agency-specific readiness plans.
  • Provide post-implementation support and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
  • Deliver regular status updates and escalate risks or issues with recommended solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management within large organizations.
  • Proven experience supporting transformational change and technology adoption.
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and business process transformation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio.
  • Experience mapping current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to agency locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with public sector financial processes, including:
    • Chart of Accounts
    • GAAP Reporting
    • Federal Grants Management
    • Procurement and Contracting
    • Billing and Accounts Receivable
    • Asset and Inventory Management
    • Data Reporting and Analytics
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems and ERP implementations.
  • Background in project management or business analysis is a plus.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Equivalent experience in change management, business transformation, or enterprise systems may be considered.
