Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team in Plano, Texas. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CRM and SAP functionalities, along with a strong ability to translate complex business needs into effective system configurations.
Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and provide ongoing support for the SAP CRM solution to ensure optimal performance.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for ordering and pricing orchestration processes, ensuring accurate alignment with business requirements.
Partner closely with Rating, Pricing, and Finance teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
Act as the Functional Lead for all SAP CRM-related business processes, including upgrades, defect resolution, change request management, implementations, and country-specific rollouts.
Collaborate with integration teams to address all matters related to system interfacing and data flow.
Develop and document functional specifications, process flows, and training materials to support system usage and enhancements.
Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of SAP CRM and SAP functionalities, including integration with other modules.
Strong understanding of subscription management, order management, convergent charging, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP CRM objects, such as Subscription Contracts, Solution Quotations, and Charge Plans.
Proficiency in defining and setting up replication rules, product configurations, and pricing structures.
Ability to integrate SAP CRM with both SAP and non-SAP systems effectively.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with consultants, project managers, and offshore teams.
